Ingredients
For the Puri:
- 1 cup semolina (sooji)
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- A pinch of salt
- Water (for kneading)

- Salt to taste
For the Sweet Chutney:
- 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
- 1 tbsp jaggery

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Puris
- Mix semolina, wheat flour, and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough.
- Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
- Roll the dough into small circles and fry in hot oil until they puff up and turn golden. Drain on a paper towel.
2. Make the Pani (Flavored Water)
- Blend fresh coriander, mint leaves, and tamarind pulp with chilled water.
- Add Wabhai Foods Ground Cumin, Black Salt, Red Chili Powder, sugar, and mix well. Adjust seasoning to taste and chill in the refrigerator.
3. Prepare the Filling
